FlevoTrade is the onion expert!
From 1970, FlevoTrade took up onion cultivation. We learned about the right soil, seed, planting time, fertilisation, disease and pest control and, of course, harvesting. All knowledge about the crop is in house we and built up a large network of dedicated onion growers.
The sorting and packing station has been added since 1995. This has further increased the knowledge of drying, storaging, packaging and sorting. But it doesn't stop there. We have specialised in exporting our onions since 2004.
What sets us apart is that at FlevoTrade the entire onion process comes together: With our own buyers who know exactly which onions to select and an internal quality department that monitors every step of the process. Carefully sorting and packaging with innovative machinery, large storage capacity and expertise in storage technology. All the way to an extensive worldwide network to export onions.
With years of experience in the industry and beautiful long-term partnerships with companies in- and outside the sector, we have proven that onions are by far our main product. And we are proud of that!
